At Sassy Scents, we want you to feel confident in every fragrance you choose. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your printed return slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
